The Shalakwe Hills Inn was quiet and neat, with warm water, kettle for some tea - generally amenities were okay. Location within the park and nature around was interesting - we met elephants and buffaloes by the roadside on our way to the Inn! However, given the animals around, walking outside the Inn fences is not advised. Trip to Victoria Falls was well arranged by the staff. Staff were kind and helpful. Generally it provided a good service for our 2 nights.
The location and general environment of the Eco-Cabins - Hence our transfer to the Inn branch. One room had bathtub with no shower option - this could be improved to allow for both. Breakfast could be made part of the package given that the Inn and Eco-Cabin are both a bit of a distance from restaurants.

We never took the breakfast by choice but the restaurant does offer breakfast. Full English breakfast. Organized Nandos delivery wiyhin 20 minutes of placing order. Organized transport for us to the Tlou Safari Mall where were catching a connecting bus to Windhoek
