Spacious and private. Friendly staff. Biscuit the dog! Great online help from Ethel. Walking distance to town.
The beds are all in one large room, with the bathroom only accessible through the bedroom.
The pool would benefit from a good clean.
Not quite a “24-hour front desk” as advertised.

Location was great for walking into Livingstone. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Good value for money and generally good facilities.
Wi-Fi was intermittent. We had a bathroom light that did not work properly but we understand parts are difficult to come by.

The place was easily accessible. The staff were friendly and very helpful. There was hot and cold water all the time although the bath tub was difficult to mix the water. The kitchen had all the necessary untensils to use and that was very handy.
The security was reliable.
The bedroom door was not closing completely. The place is dusty and has spider webs.
