Location was great. Family room option was good!
Check-in was chaos people everywhere pushing and shoving at the counter. They lost my booking and then tried to charge additional 5% for credit card, but immediately dropped it to 3% when questioned, which felt like a scam. Check out was also chaos. They made me wait 20 minutes to get the key deposit back while they ‘checked the room’, which also felt like a scam. The room also had a strong smell of mould.
