Sea View Luxury - Apartments

Сервис был на высоте! Нам был предоставлен прекрасный трансфер из аэропорта и в аэропорт, встретили с табличкой, все было во время. В отеле нас встретил прекрасный молодой человек, отвечал оперативно на все наши вопросы и запросы, всегда был на связи. Завтраки приносили в номер. Частный пляж находится через дорогу. От отеля предоставляются бесплатно шезлонги и зонтики, их немного, но всем хватает. Достаточно показать свой ключ от номера. Сам номер просторный, все необходимое есть: кухня с плитой, микроволновка, чайник, стиральная машина с порошком, гладильная доска с утюгом, посуда. Уборка номера ежедневная. Расположение в самом центре, все рядом.

Все было отлично!

Замечательные апартаменты с 2мя спальнями в самом сердце Ня🌸 Потрясающий вид из окон! Удобно, что в апартах 2 санузла полноценных. Есть завтрак. Есть лежаки от Коста на пляже. Отзывчивый персонал, который быстро отвечает на вопросы и запросы. Удобная встреча с аэропорта за приятную цену! В целом, вариант хороший. Но нюансов, которые нас расстроили тоже было не мало. Возможно, это во Вьетамне, мы были впервые.

Самый ЖИРНЫЙ минус (имейте это в виду!) когда берут оплату в долларах, курс занижают просто ужасно!!!! С нас содрали минимум 60$ сверху тупо посчитав свой курс донг-доллар. Спорить было не было желания, тк перелет был ночной, всю ночь не спали и заехали в 5:30 утра. Молча отдали деньги. Осадок остался! Если снимаете жилье здесь, гораздо выгоднее поменять доллары на донги и рассчитаться по цене, написанной на букинге в донгах. Я надеюсь, эти 60$ которые персонал положил в свой карман, сделают их счастливее. Вообще, тут всегда и везде тебя пытаются обмануть на деньги 🥲 Кровать в основной спальне жутко скрипучая. Прям жесть. Перевернутся сбоку набок - будет общий подъем. Лежаков на пляже очень мало! Здание - небоскреб, при этом на пляже ровно 7 зонтов, под ними по 2 лежака. Не встали в 6-7 утра, нет вам лежака. Пляжных полотенец не положено. Берите свои с собой.

Die Lage ist der Hammer… Frühstück im 14 Stock auf dem Balkon direkt am Meer ist genial.

Nur eine einzige Steckdose. Im Bad und in der Küche gibt’s garkeine Steckdose aber diverse Geräte wie Microwelle, Wasserkocher etc.

Nothing about the apartment or the service we received

We got to the Costa Apartments early at10.30am (had an early flight) The main reception had to contact the people who looked after the apartment who then met us in reception he told us that the apartment was not ready (we emailed the contact for the apartment on 4 occasions 2 days before our arrival and also 1 day before to ask if we could have an early check in and told them we would pay whatever the cost would be but we did not get a reply) We were told we could not get into the apartment until 3pm later that day, they said they would store our luggage for us so we took out of swimming gear & other things we needed & went to the pool & tried our best to relax and catch some much needed sleep by the pool.*The pool is tiny for the size of this complex (100's of apartments) there are only 6 sunbeds available and the sun is only on this area until 12noon and the pool attendant (if you can call him that) is the most laziest unhelpful person you could possibly find he spent most of his time either on his phone or asleep and would not lift a finger to help anyone,.I helped a lady move her sunbed down some stairs to another section and he just stood there watching...unbelivable !! At 3pm the contact took us to a different apartment from the one we booked, there was a total break down in communication and all conversation had to be done via mobile phone translate apps, The apartment he took us to was very tired & worn out but he thought he was doing us a favour because it was a 2 bedroom apartment instead of the 1 bedroom aprartment we booked but he said that the 2nd bedroom was locked so we couldn't use it !! (not that we would have used it anyway as it was just myself & my wife) He even had the cheek to say that the apartment we had booked was much nicer, cleaner & had better views than the one he was offering but they had double booked air conditioner people to check air condition unit so we couldn't have the one we booked....
