Breakfast was out standing.The breakfast staff was absolutely amazing .good job👍
On my second day at dinner was served by Muzi his service was not so great dishes left on the table not cleared had to wait ages to pay my bill the waiter just didn’t care . Really wasn’t impressed!

The building is beautiful and the host seemed to respond to my concerns mostly about cleanliness of the linen and towels etc....and although I had booked two nights, by the time he responded by the next morning or afternoon that he had fixed my concerns I had already moved out and abandoned my booking and found an alternative room in another hotel. I hope he will motivate his cleaners to do a better job in future, some of us are very highly OCD individuals.
As already mentioned above, it was disappointing.
