Very disappointing stay. I rarely complain, but this experience was unacceptable.
I was on a work trip and the Wi-Fi could not connect to my laptop. There was no IT support, and after waiting nearly two hours I was told nothing could be done. I lost around 1.5 days of work. ***, an employee there knows for the complaint.
Despite requesting not to be placed on the 9th floor due to heavy luggage, I was given a smoking room I never asked for, with an unpleasant smell and no option to change.
There was no electricity for half a day, requiring several complaints before assistance. The room was also unclean, with dust and torn papers (photos available). There were white alike dust in the kettle.
The food caused an allergic reaction, leaving me with red spots on my skin. Management refused to register my complaint formally despite evidence.
Given the overall experience, I believe a refund is justified. I do not recommend this hotel. Please do get in touch with me, i am not able to upload all the pictures on this app, but i would like to share you all the pictures.
