We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and feels very safe, with the hotel directly attached to a major shopping centre and conveniently close to the airport Gautrain station. Traffic in Johannesburg can be incredibly busy, so having the option to use the train rather than relying on taxis or transfers is a big advantage.
The hotel concierge team was also very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and assisting with any questions we had during our stay.
The breakfast was excellent, with a great choice of both à la carte and buffet options to suit different tastes.
Another bonus is that the hop-on hop-off sightseeing bus uses the hotel as one of its pickup points, which is not only convenient but also saves a little money on getting to another pickup location.
And if you're a sushi lover like us, be sure to try Big Mouth Sushi, located just as you exit the elevator in the shopping centre. The food was fantastic and it was a very convenient dining option during our stay.
Overall, this is a great choice for a stay in Johannesburg, particularly if you value a safe and convenient location, easy access to public transport, and plenty of dining and shopping options right on your doorstep.

Very rude to South African guests.there was an issue with my Check in and they said they do not work with Agoda and did not want to check me in. Expressing issues on charges etc. Whilst I waited in reception hearing a 100 excuses and not solutions.
