El hotel es mejor de lo que aparece en las fotos, la comida es deliciosa , las instalaciones son excelentes y muy limpio. Es el mejor hotel que pude encontrar ya que tuve que cancelar 4 veces reservaciones ya que muchos hoteles en el área no son como se muestran en las fotos y lo mejor es el personal del hotel, ellos son verdaderamente amables, atentos y son muy respetuosos. Sobre todo Mohammed y Mostfa son personas muy educadas que ayudan. Ellos Representan la amabilidad y la hospitalidad de Egipto. The hotel is even better than it looks in the photos. The food is delicious, the facilities are excellent, and everything is exceptionally clean. It was the best hotel I could find after having to cancel four previous reservations because many hotels in the area did not match what was shown in their photos. The best part of the hotel, however, is the staff. They are genuinely kind, attentive, and incredibly respectful. Mohammed and Mostfa, in particular, are exceptionally polite and always willing to help.
