Nice apartment, furnished, kitchen equiped, nice bathroom, balcony.
Well laid out, comfy
Not very clean on the floor, it was dust on the table.
The balcony was a mess.
Dead or dried flowers, maybe better remove them
Maybe some New curtains on the badroom (?)
