Brand new, lovely, spacious, and very clean apartments with excellent facilities. The property features a beautiful swimming pool that can be enjoyed both during the day and in the evening. The landlord is very polite and extremely helpful. We had a relaxing and pleasant stay and would definitely recommend these apartments.

There was nothing to complain about. I liked everything.

This was one of our favourite stays of the whole trip. Great spot in a quiet corner that's a short walk to the Corniche with lots of restaurants, coffee, and little shops. New, clean, and comfortable. The welcome was warm and Bedawi made sure we had everything we needed (including a driver, a guide, and a great dinner recommendation) to make our stay in Luxor perfect. Don't skip breakfast -- he's an incredible cook! The pool was perfect for cooling off at the end of the day; most days we had it to ourselves. 100% recommend. Next time we'll come with a group and book out the whole place!

I liked that it is so close to the Nile and the restaurants. Everything was easy. The owner was very friendly courteous and made sure everything went smoothly. It is brand new. The price was almost too good to be true, but as it turns out, just amazing value. I don't think it will stay that price for long. I liked the pool of course because it was hot and it was just the relief I needed. Everything is very clean and well organised. I'm very happy I made the choice to stay there.
