Super easy and efficient!

Great location in Soho. It's very noisy up until mid night and it stays quiet from then till mid day the next day. Bedroom was comfortable but the living area wasn't how it looks on the photos.

I struggled to lock the door and spent 3 hours figuring out with the host/ customer service team. The listed phone number doesn't work so you can't call them for any assistance but rather communicate via Booking app. 2 locks can be unlocked from outside. You can't lock from the inside with a key (bottom) because the key mechanism is dislodged and is skew so one can't really push the key all the way in to lock from the inside. The top lock which should have been easy to lock was unbelievably difficult. I was dumbfounded that the way to lock is to lift and slam the door UP so the door can align and the lock can work. I certainly didn't feel as secure. The living area lights need to be fixed and the windows could do with cleaning. Through booking.com, I was shown that there's a 2-hour free bag deposit at the luggage hero but I was charged for the full two hours. When asking the host, they referred me to contact luggage hero instead. Not sure who I was supposed to take this up with. I'm still waiting for my 800 euros security and damage fee refund. Suspecting they will only refund me on the 14th day which is in 2 days
