In addition to four bedrooms, two bathrooms, modern kitchen and cosy living room with fireplace, you will find a spacious sauna, whirlpool and relaxation room in the basement. A parking space is available in the underground car park. The storage room belonging to the house offers enough space for your further utensils. The holiday home has a balcony or veranda on each floor, from where you have a wonderful view of the Churfirsten. Ideally located, you can reach the valley station of the mountain railways, the "Munzenriet" cross-country ski trail or the nearest restaurant within a short time.
