離小樽運河街上很近，房源空間也很 ok ，就是廚房空間比較小，比較沒有備料空間~

とても清潔でロケーションも素晴らしく、アメニティも充実しています。

場所の景観が良かった　居住の生活感があり便利　買い物においてはもっと利便性の良いショップが側に欲しい
鍵の引き渡しは　非常に難解でスムースではなかった　（鍵番号の数字不明さ＆暗くて良く見えず　携帯での指示は当初得られず　電話による連絡にて　やっと事なきを得た） キイボックスに内蔵は初めての客には開けられない箱で改善を要する また　浴室内の常備品として　日本では浴室用 洗い桶及び小椅子 が必須ですが　こんなものがいるかどうかの知識が無かったこと等は　まだまだ素人商売に思いました　中国人等にとって　浴槽につかる慣習が無いことが　思いあたります。 この話を現地スタッフに話したところ　了解・承知いただいたことを報告いたします
