小樽のメインの観光地に近く徒歩で5分くらいで行くことができる立地の良さ 閑静な住宅街にあり、日中はもちろん夜も静かな点 必要なアメニティーやタオル、食器等も完備されていて、ほとんど手ぶらで泊まれるのではないかというくらい設備が充実していた点
駅から少し遠かったのと、コンビニや自動販売機なども少し離れた場所にしかない点 泊まった部屋が駐車場のすぐ横で、夜遅く到着した宿泊客の車の音が気になりました

家族みんなが広いベッドで快適でした。お部屋も綺麗でした。
洗面台の照明が暗いと感じました。人数分のタオルはきちんと揃っていましたが、使用済みかなと思うタオルが1枚回収忘れのようでした。
