広くて、キレイ、立地も悪くなく価格もお手頃。
綺麗でしたが、若干掃除が行き届いていないところがあった。

小樽のメインの観光地に近く徒歩で5分くらいで行くことができる立地の良さ 閑静な住宅街にあり、日中はもちろん夜も静かな点 必要なアメニティーやタオル、食器等も完備されていて、ほとんど手ぶらで泊まれるのではないかというくらい設備が充実していた点
駅から少し遠かったのと、コンビニや自動販売機なども少し離れた場所にしかない点 泊まった部屋が駐車場のすぐ横で、夜遅く到着した宿泊客の車の音が気になりました
