Large size air-conditioned new apartment, comfortable large beds and sofa bed in living room. Good for large family. TV in rooms with Wi-Fi and streaming services to watch. Large but very dark bathroom. Liked it had a washing machine. Not bad to get to Rome from the location by very unreliable bus. Amenity shop was close. Parking was OK but awkward and unsecured.

Although the kitchen was large and new, it seriously lacked the cooking equipments which is shame for such nice large kitchen. Plenty of cupboards and not mutch in there. 1 pot, seriously? Incredibly dark bathroom, black sanitary will question you whether it is actualy clean. Very bad design taste. However, the bathroom served the purpose well, that's important. Although new, lots of things were unfinished inside and outside. Loose door frames almost falling off. Seating on balcony was not very usable because air-con unit was leaking on it and cats outside were bothering nuisance.

Parlare con qualcuno per porre una domanda è quasi impossibile, e bisogna aspettare un giorno intero per una risposta dato che il numero di telefono non funziona e le istruzioni digitali sono un po' confuse se non si riesce ad aprire il file nel browser. I vicini odiano il proprietario di questo appartamento, il che significa che non ti aiuteranno in nessun modo. L'utilizzo della terrazza non è chiaro, dato che è pubblica e chiunque potrebbe trovarsi di fronte a te mentre la usi o vederti se sei in camera. Inoltre, non è possibile stendere i panni ad asciugare perché non c'è altro posto dove lavarli.L'appartamento dista un'ora e mezza dalle attrazioni turistiche con i mezzi pubblici, il che è piuttosto distante.
