Beachfront Studio in Castillo de la Duquesa

The apartment was very clean and cozy.

Nothing all good

The location is great, a lovely beachfront walk to the port, maybe just 10 minutes, very pretty walk. Once at the port there are so many restaurants to choose from, we were spoilt for choice, the 2 evenings we ate both restaurants were very good. Lots of coffee shops for a breakfast also. There is a small supermarket literally just around the corner, and I big bonus if you are driving is the safe parking close by. The apartment we booked unfortunately was not suitable for my husband due to mobility problems, stairs were too tricky for him but if you don’t have walking issues it’s no problem. Although we couldn’t stay in this apartment I did go and take a look and it is lovely, fully refurbished, bright, modern and relaxing decor, I was sorry we couldn’t use it. However, Mark was brilliant, he had another studio ground floor, and he let us stay there. This studio isn’t as modern, but I assume at some stage they will bring this up to scratch, it was adequate for our needs and it was a last minute booking, so thanks to Mark for his help.

Mark has done a great job with this property. It is well furnished, clean and has everything you need. It’s in a fantastic location, just steps away from bars, restaurants and the beach. We visited in May and there was ample car parking close by. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

There is nothing we didn’t like, but feel we should point out that the flat is on the first floor. Whilst this wasn’t a problem for us, it may be for others due to access being ily via stairs.
