Fernando, el anfitrión, nos recibió personalmente para entregarnos las llaves y enseñarnos la casa. Además nos explicó muy amablemente donde estábamos ubicadas y que podíamos hacer durante nuestra estancia en Santander. Durante nuestra estancia ha estado siempre operativo para comunicarle cualquier inconveniente o necesidad relacionada con el apartamento. Respecto al alojamiento, es mucho mejor que como se aprecia en fotos. Tres dormitorios amplios, uno matrimonial, otro con dos camas individuales y otro con una cama individual, cocina, baño y salón amplio. Está perfectamente ubicado para ir andando tanto a la playa como al centro no hemos necesitado del coche en ningún momento. Con supermercado a 500 metros
Es una zona difícil de aparcar pero debido a su ubicación no se requiere de coche para la mayoría de cosas.
