A beautiful 3 bedroom apartment fully equipped with everything you would need for a family holiday.

We were treated by Sofia as family members from the day one! The apartment is well equipped for short and long stays, with a renovated bathroom, seamlessly working WiFi for remote work, and plenty of kitchen and bedding equipment. Sofia just purchased a brand new Nespresso machine on my prompt, and she allowed a late checkout for our evening flight. Walking distance 15mins to city center with convenient street escalators leading up the hill - one on Paseo Canalejas, the other at Calle Marqués de Santillana. The other direction takes you 12mins walking to Sardinero beach, with a shortcut through the pedestrian Tetuán tunnel starting few stairs below the building).

Thin walls, squeaky floors, and troublesome parking in the evenings. It’s actually on 3.5th floor, but add the stairs leading to the building. The apartment is still a perfect place to stay if you’re fit. The open-air escalators and the tunnel are great aids to avoid walking up the hill.
