The apartment is within walking distance of the old town. Having a Yelo bike station right there was a huge plus, and we used the bikes constantly.
The ability to park the car safely.
We felt uneasy about the deposit system. Given the existing scratches and wear throughout the apartment, we worried about being unfairly charged for pre-existing damage.
The apartment is slightly more worn and darker than it appears in the pictures.
There were too many checkout tasks required - cleaning the kitchen, taking out the trash, and stripping the bed. It felt like a bit too much work...

The apartment has an excellent location, walking distance to restaurants, train-bus station, etc. It was great to sleep, no noise and it has everything we needed for few days.
Explain that you have to do the deposit before getting to the apartment.
