The property is located in a nice, quiet area and includes private parking for two cars at the rear of the garden. There is a side entrance to the house, and guests can also use the back door for easy access when carrying luggage.Inside, the house offers three bedrooms:Two doubles, one of which has its own en‑suite bathroomOne single bedroomThere is also a second full bathroom upstairs and an additional toilet downstairs.The living area includes a sofa bed, providing extra sleeping space. The large kitchen is well equipped with most utensils, along with an iron, steamer, and other essentials.
Few crack some places but possibly due to previous tenants fault.

The house has everything I needed, and was clean and comfortable with lots of space. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils etc.
The location is well served by the number 5 bus but was a little further away from the city than I'd realised- though that was my fault for not researching more!
