Modern 3-Bed House Leeds, Sleeps 7, Parking, Wi-Fi

The house was close to the city centre, was really clean and had almost everything we needed. Very clean, beds were comfortable and showers were good. Parking round the back for two cars is great. We would definitely stay again.

There weren’t enough towels for all guests. Need at least two sets of towels per guest in the double rooms. Also, the front door kept on sticking so was a bit difficult to get back in. We had to leave the back door unlocked for friends because of this.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around, and the house itself was modern, spotless, and very well presented. The beds were really comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the lovely garden.

A few small additions could make the stay even better. The cooker could do with being replaced, or alternatively, instructions could be provided as the markings on the controls have rubbed off, making it difficult to use. A stair gate that can be fitted at the stairs would also be a great addition for families with young children. During warmer weather, having a fan available in the property would also make guests more comfortable.

The property is located in a nice, quiet area and includes private parking for two cars at the rear of the garden. There is a side entrance to the house, and guests can also use the back door for easy access when carrying luggage.Inside, the house offers three bedrooms:Two doubles, one of which has its own en‑suite bathroomOne single bedroomThere is also a second full bathroom upstairs and an additional toilet downstairs.The living area includes a sofa bed, providing extra sleeping space. The large kitchen is well equipped with most utensils, along with an iron, steamer, and other essentials.

Few crack some places but possibly due to previous tenants fault.

The house has everything I needed, and was clean and comfortable with lots of space. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils etc.

The location is well served by the number 5 bus but was a little further away from the city than I'd realised- though that was my fault for not researching more!
