The location is great, the rooms are clean and well air-conditioned. It really is an excellent place to use as a base of operations for Hanoi. Anna and Neven are both extremely friendly and very helpful. Neven also went above and beyond by helping us plan and book multiple parts of our trip, and we could always rely on him and Anna if we had questions about literally anything. We ended up staying at Hanora a couple of times during our trip to Vietnam (not just 8-10 october) and aside from doing the Ha Giang loop, I think choosing Hanora as our hotel in Hanoi was the best decision I made during the trip. Much love.

I really don’t have anything I could complain about.

Great location, right in the hustle and bustle of the old quarter. Bed was the comfiest we had in vietnam. Loved having a view of the street from the balcony (though there was some road noise, it was not as much as I was expecting). The girl on the reception desk was very friendly. Consistent hot water.

Could do with some proper lighting around the mirror in the bathroom, was near impossible to do my make-up. Room was a little on the small side compared to others we had in vietnam. We booked a transfer to the airport thru the front desk, it was 25 mins late - the young man on the desk kept telling us the driver was only a few minutes away/just at the corner/there is a lot of traffic/we didn't need to be there 3 hours before for an international flight etc which was not helpful in calming our nerves.

Convenient and clean with very friendly staff.

Nothing - I liked it all!
