The room and location were on point but the staff is what really made this stay top notch. They were so helpful in every way and I could communicate with them anytime through Whatsapp. Special shout out to Lyn, Sean, Vivian, and Lauren.

The staff and location
Genuine review:
The staff at JaCosmo are genuinely kind and do go out of their way to help and make things right, which I really appreciated.
However, the rooms did not meet the same standard. The bathroom felt dingy and wasn’t very clean, and the hallway outside the room had a strong food smell.
The food was good, but again, not a 10/10.
While the staff are friendly and do ask for a 10/10 review, I would encourage them to accept genuine ratings, as honest feedback helps improve service and cleanliness. When reviews are described as “exceptional” and the experience doesn’t match, the disappointment is even greater for the guest.
