Ja Cosmo Hotel and Spa

All the staffs are very sincere and willing to help guests with their questions, they speak excellent English. Located at the street corner in vibrant old quarter , Hoan Kiem lake is just 5 minutes away by walking. My room is very spacious, with all amenities, clean and tidy , bed and pillows are comfortable! air conditioner also works well; having said that, the out-dated bath tub still needs renovation , which they are working on. Breakfast served very early at 6:30AM, plenty of choices , many menu items could be ordered, which is specifically generous!

Lyn and Laurent was very helper on everything we need in hotel. They are very nice people. Hotel was center of Hanoi everything close to with walk. Breakfast it was good also they said they will upgrade soon.

Genuine review: The staff at JaCosmo are genuinely kind and do go out of their way to help and make things right, which I really appreciated. However, the rooms did not meet the same standard. The bathroom felt dingy and wasn’t very clean, and the hallway outside the room had a strong food smell. The food was good, but again, not a 10/10. While the staff are friendly and do ask for a 10/10 review, I would encourage them to accept genuine ratings, as honest feedback helps improve service and cleanliness. When reviews are described as “exceptional” and the experience doesn’t match, the disappointment is even greater for the guest.
