I really liked the room I was in itself. It was comfy with pleasant lighting. The price was also pretty good, and the location was good for what I wanted to do nearby. Parking was easy and the check-in process worked well for me, even though it just involved using a code. I did not notice any cleanliness issues inside.
The front yard needed to be mowed. The outside could be fixed up a bit, and that would add a lot more comfort overall. It isn't that bad on the outside, but just has more potential. I also think that it is worth mentioning that other people can rent other rooms in the house, which is expected, but may not be to everyone's liking.
