Caroline was a lovely host. She welcomed us, showed us to the garage where we stored our bikes, explained the history of the house, and described how everything worked—all in English to accommodate our lack of French. We loved the quirky old place, our spacious room, the huge breakfast, and the chance to meet the other guests. This was one of our favorites in a six-week bike trip through southern France.
