Apartman je veoma čist i komforan. Krevet je veliki i udoban. Kuhinja je potpuno opremljena posudjem, osnovnim začinima, kafom, mini zamrzivačem, mašinom za sudove i mašinom za veš, praškovima za pranje. Kupatilo je malo ali funkcionalno i u njemu imate kupku, šampon i mleko za telo. Prozori nemaju zavese ali imaju roletne za zamračivanje. Privatni parking je u dvorištu i lako ga je koristiti. Zgrada se nalazi blizu centra oko 15 minuta laganog hoda.
Nema klime, što je i navedeno u opisu apartmana. Ali postoji ventilator i koji dosta dobro ohladi prostor.
