Комуникацията със собственика беше затруднена. Мястото е изолирано и без автомобил придвижването е неудобно. Апартаментът се споделя с други гости, което ограничава комфорта и личното пространство. Чистотата беше на компромисно ниво, а интернетът не работеше по време на престоя.

the room was decent but no bad lignt. no wi-fi as far as I know. Beautiful sight! The customer support people were good when I could access them.

The check-in process was the worse ever. I only received a video with no audio showing where to locate the flat inside the buiding but the address was basically wrong. I wandered for one hour around the area with no luck then I entered a bar ad showed the video to people. Lukcly one of them could recognise the place! No instructions received with the code to access the keys. I had to call the help number and stayed waiting on the line for ages. The place is hard to reach for a person without a car and customers should be adviced on this when they book.
