Location and cleanliness

Just need to sort a small problem with the hot water supply had to boil a kettle to do the dishes

The apartment was perfect for my friend and I to use for our two night stay whilst attending Latitude. I had seen a negative review before paying so I called the owner who explained what happened, I was satisfied and paid. On arrival we had a space for our car. The key safe and keys were easy. The apartment itself was lovely, modern and very well presented, a real labour of love. It was spotlessly clean, with fluffy towels of very good quality. The bathroom was beautiful, with a lovely hot shower and very modern fittings. A very comfortable bed as was the sofa bed which we’d asked to have made up. Had everything in the kitchen that we needed for our stay. I had messaged the owner before arrival with requests which were completed with no issue. We hope all air bnb’s we use in the future are of this quality and if ever in the area would use again. Thank you.😊

Nothing…. An iron and ironing board would be useful and I think that is possibly being sorted already. 👌🏻
