ZAN Island Beach Hotel

We had a wonderful stay and were especially impressed by the exceptional customer service. Every member of staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

The hotel room was very old fashioned and could do with an upgrade

Very good location, walking distance to local shops, ATM and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. The General Manager and all supervisors will always make you feel at home and resolve any minor issues which may occur. The General Manager Mr. Paolo is exceptionally helpful and friendly, always there to assist you in case of any need or advice, and easily becomes your friend rather than just a Hotel Manager. Another amazing thing is that hotel guests can use facilities (bars, restaurants and swimming pools) of all three Hotels from the same company (ZAN Hotels) located in a row along the beach. Floating breakfast is amazing - an excellent event for a couple. Rooms are spacious, clean and maintained on a daily basis. It's a perfect place to spend your weekend or holydays. Recommended to stay at least once :)

La pulizia, lenzuola e asciugamani con macchie evidenti di varia tipologia. Struttura non tenuta bene. Usura in tutte le parti, sia comune che private. Cibo non eccellente e caro per la tipologia offerta. Personale gentile, ma poco attento.
