Great staff, Andrea and Manuela and team do what they can to make the stay unforgettable. And very safe thanks to the Masai quards. The location is paridisic. The food is good and you get a great breakfast.

Some very small things might need some refurbishment, but perhaps this adds something to the charm of the hotel.

Nicole and her team were amazing and looked after us so well. The independent beer was lovely, and being right on the beach made every view perfect

The property seems to have been designed more to look beautiful in photographs than to be truly functional and comfortable for guests. The rooms are too small to comfortably accommodate four people, and there is not enough storage space. The loft is also not particularly functional. The mattress on the loft floor does not provide a comfortable sleeping experience, and there is no space to store clothes or luggage. It should be made more practical and functional for guests. There are also several maintenance issues that I believe require immediate attention. In the suite, the bathroom needs improvement. The shower is not practical, and in order to properly wash your hair, you essentially have to bend down. The mirrors are positioned too low, while the main mirror is located on the staircase, which is not practical at all. In the bungalow, the shower and its fittings are rusty and do not function properly, while some of the fixtures appear to need immediate replacement. The toilet flush also gets stuck. The mosquito nets are not functional, as they kept opening and did not provide the protection they should have. The most serious issue was that, for an entire evening, we had no water and no electricity, without an adequate alternative water supply or any emergency solution in place. Finally, I would also like to mention the attitude of the staff. Unfortunately, we did not feel particularly welcome. We often had the feeling that we were bothering them whenever we asked for something. We would have expected a greater willingness to help, a smile, and better communication. The same applies to the owners, who could have been more friendly and communicative and provided us with more information about the hotel and the surrounding area. There is certainly room for improvement. With better maintenance, more functional rooms, and a friendlier approach towards guests, the overall experience could be much better.
