The location ensures maximum privacy and guarantees relaxation in the midst of nature. The Crestas ski lift is situated right next to the complex and you can ski all the way back to the front door – no car required. The property is also an ideal starting point for skiing, hiking and cycling/mountain biking. Cross-country ski trails, hiking paths and a golf course are all nearby. Casa La Schmetta 54 is a comfortable, family-friendly home (semi-detached) spread over three floors, featuring a sun terrace, a covered garden seating area and a west-facing balcony. A children’s playground is located within the complex. Pets are welcome.
On the ground floor, you will find a bright and light-filled living room with a dining area and fireplace, as well as direct access to the terrace with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. This level also includes the kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the lower ground floor, there is a small bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and a cozy garden seating area. On the same level, you will also find the laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a sauna combined with an infrared cabin. On the top floor, there is a master bedroom with a balcony overlooking the adjacent forest, as well as a children’s bedroom with two beds. The property is tastefully furnished and offers optimal comfort for a relaxing holiday for for up to 6 people.
One underground parking space with an electric charging station and one outdoor parking space are available. The linen fee includes towels, bed linen and kitchen linen. If you bring a pet, a separate cleaning fee of CHF 30.00 will be charged, payable directly to the landlord.
