The room was very spacious and clean. The location was perfect for getting to the Tianmen mountain cable car. Lots of good local restaurants nearby. Good value for money.
The rest of the building was still being built so the entrance way and lifts were a building site. We could hear the noise from builders above and below us from 8am - 6pm The towels were thin, disposable towels. Not in keeping with the standard of the rest of the room.

Perfect location! Only a 6-minute walk to the cableway. The room was clean and quiet. The staff gave great travel advice and offered free luggage storage. Highly recommend for visitors to Tianmen Mountain.

Great location for Tianmen Mountain trip! Tianmen Huating Hotel is just 5 minutes’ walking distance from the cableway station, super convenient for early morning visits. Rooms are clean and quiet. The host Vivian is very friendly and gave us lots of useful sightseeing suggestions and ticket‑related help. We also used the free luggage storage service.
