The house enjoys a wonderfully quiet location and fantastic views as far as the mountains. The numerous, beautiful small beaches of the south-east coast or the tourist centre of Cala d'Or with its picturesque harbour are only approx. 10 km away.

In a beautiful garden there is a large swimming pool with a terrace and sun loungers. External bathroom With toilet and washing machine. A small covered terrace with a dining table and barbecue.
The large pool with terrace and sun loungers is set in a beautiful, well-tended garden. A door from the kitchen leads to the garden, terrace and a bathroom with toilet and washing machine in the pool area. A small covered terrace with a dining table and barbecue ensures that culinary delights are not neglected.
Finca Moli d'en Cavea, a 200-year-old windmill, has been completely restored and brought up to modern standards, while retaining various details such as the vaulted stone ceilings. The cosily furnished living room with satellite TV is nice and cool in summer. The large country kitchen with dining area and view of the garden is modernly equipped. There is one bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and two bedrooms, each with two single beds, which share the adjoining bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning with fixed operating hours (14.00 to 16.00 h, 20.00 to 06.00 h)
