About this house rental
Peral Cas Concos is a two-storey terraced house with lots of natural light, located in a row with two other new buildings. It was tastefully decorated in a special style. The entrance area leads to an open living and dining room, equipped with a 65" satellite TV plus sound system. From here there is direct access to the pool area. The adjoining kitchen is well equipped and has a pantry. Direct access to the pool area and to a household area with washing machine. There is also a bedroom with a separate shower room on the ground floor. A staircase leads to the first floor. From here you can access a large terrace. The ideal place to read your favourite book in seclusion or to take a private sunbath. On the upper floor there are also two more double rooms with wall-mounted fire TV. Both rooms also have their own bathroom with bathtub including overhead shower.
The outside area, a large terrace, is tiled and fenced. To the delight of holidaymakers, there is a pool here, which offers pleasant refreshment on hot summer days. A gazebo that shades the outdoor dining area and a brick outdoor grill complete the offer. Sun loungers are available by the pool and on the terrace on the upper floor.
All bedrooms have cold/warm air conditioning with fixed and limited timetable.
Damage deposit and final cleaning has to be paid by bank transfer to the owner.

Super geschmackvoll ausgestattete geräumige und saubere Unterkunft, sehr nette hilfsbereite Vermieter...rundherum alles tipptopp, bis auf die laute Durchfahrtsstraße in unmittelbarer Nähe.... der Ort hat alles was man braucht..... wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll möbliert. Leider wurde es vor unserer Ankunft nicht gründlich genug gesäubert. Die Vermietung war aber sehr bemüht und es erfolgte eine Zwischenreinigung. Der schmutzige Ofen blieb aber leider dreckig. Als Entschädigung durften wir am Abreisetag bis zum Abend im Haus bleiben.
Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Der Pool ist recht klein und nur zum kurzen Erfrischen geeignet. Was sehr störend war, ist die Durchgangsstraße dicht am Haus. Gerade am morgen war sie stark befahren, sodass man davon wach wurde.
Der Ort ist sehr klein, hat aber einen Bäcker, einen winzigen Spar Markt und einige gute Restaurants. Man ist schnell in Santanyi und an den umliegenden Stränden.

Wirklich schöne Unterkunft im ruhigen Örtchen Cas Concos. Gern wieder! Einziges Manko: Staubsauger wäre wünschenswert gewesen.
