Nice, large, studio apartment with separate kitchen. Clean, modern. Quiet. Good pool. A long pool actually. The longest I've seen in Hua Hin. You can swim laps. Though the ph was a little low while I was there. It's a modern luxury complex. Bluport mall is a 10 minute walk.
It's true the kitchen is a little bare. No knife. Perhaps that's only for short stays. And personally I like natural ventilation, so I like insect sceens on windows, and a fan for cooling. But all these modern condo developments are designed around aircon. If you like aircon it's no problem. And even without a fan, the small balcony and window created a pleasant breeze.

The host was in constant contact and replied quickly with clear & accurate instructions for check in. Bed was comfortable, air-conditioning was great, excellent shower pressure. Large fridge, great block out curtains. Kettle provided.
Pool was clean, nice area to sit by the pool too
There's no microwave, cooking plate, towel to dry cups etc or utensils, no knife to cut fruit, so basically the kitchen is useless as your unable to use it.
Shower gel/soap was empty.
No tv.
It could be great if a few more extras were added as its more like a hotel room & not a usable apartment atm.
