Price was reasonable and room was clean and comfortable. Very close to the beach, just a short walk down the street. A 10 min drive to downtown Cocoa Beach. We only needed to stay 1 night but I would stay longer and will keep this place on my list for the future!

Alles was aanwezig in het appartement. Op loopafstand van de zee. Gratis parkeren. Geen bovenburen. Wasmachine/ droger beschikbaar bij de buren ( wel kwartjes en wasmiddel meenemen).

I was made aware what time I would be able to get in which was nice. I was also greeted as I was waiting the second it was ready and let in.
There was not anything I did not like. This was place was great and made my day there very enjoyable. Thank you for a great place to stay.
