We enjoyed how close this was to the beach and the unit was clean and comfortable. Would have liked a dresser in the bedrooms to set suitcases on and additional mirrors in the rooms would have been nice since the bathroom was small. Overall it was a nice space to sleep and access the beach.

Nice apartment/Condo ,had a few teething problems but
as it was brand new, its to be expected, positioning is good for business or Holiday as long as you don't have children wanting Beach and Sea Days as they are quite a good Drive away.

Although the location of this property is amazing and the property manager was super helpful and responsive, this property got such a low score because it is very much in need of TLC. The windows were falling apart, almost no screens left on some windows, the rugs were dirty, furniture stained and the building itself was very much in need of repair- there was a dead bird on the pool deck for the entire week and the pool looked dark and murky. I would absolutely not stay here again and would never recommend it to anyone. If it were not for the proximity to the beach, I cannot imagine giving this property any stars.
