The location was perfect for us.
You have to check in at the gas station across the road, on the next block. If you want complementary coffee, you have to go to the gas station.

Run down. Lack amenities. No bathmat, towels in kitchen, drapes askew. Asked for a box of Kleenex. Unable to supply.
