Clean room, nice bed linens, clean bathroom, toiletries, big TV, good WiFi, quiet AC
Older part of the motel is very shabby, but new part is nice. No staff on at night or early morning

There was no breakfast. We could smell something cooking - bacon maybe? but never found the source of that smell, becauae the restaurant/bar was never open during our stay either.
They have specified "pet rooms", which makes sense. What doesn't make any sense is having these rooms on the THIRD floor, which can only be accessed via an elevator installed sometime in the 50s - scaring the bejesus out of the dogs when it opens and closes with a JOLT. Pets belong on the ground floor!
