Cozy Guest Suite with Private Bathroom & Entrance

Its a basement apartment with its own entrance. The apartment is well furnished equipped with a queen bed and a sofa bed. There is a small fridge and a microwave and a writing table with chair and there is a LED TV. For a basement apartment the ceiling height is great and the room does not appear claustrophobic.The apartment is neat and clean and is equipped with an iron and ironing board, the air conditioning is great and there is wifi that works. The attached bathroom comes with toiletries (toothpaste/shower gel etc) and has a walk in shower.There is off street parking for one car. The property located across a Hospital and nearby bus stop and shops all within walking distance (Tim Hortons and others). The host Obie is excellent in responding to messages and requests and made a very positive impression. An overall great experience and well recommend.’

The electronic door lock is finicky and required multiple attempts before it opened. As its a basement apartment you can hear people walking across the floor (though the host ensured that there were no night time noises from above.

The place very clean, quiet, well organized and spacious. Convenient location to shops, plaza and the main road. There was also a parking spot available.

There were no keys to collect, the process was simple - a code entered into the locked door - separate entrance. This basement apartment is extremely organized in a way that offers everything a person might need. The only thing the host did not have were large bath towels (for tall people) some call them beach towels. So if this is important to you, bring your own. He had medium sized towels which were acceptable when I used two. Very quiet, good mattress. Good water pressure in the shower.

A bit far from my destination in Acton. They did not have large bath towels. But otherwise it was a excellent accommodation. Make sure they know not to block in your car if you are leaving early in the morning,
