3BD Gulf-Front Condo! Pools! Balcony! Beach Access! Sleep 8 by Dolce Vita Getaways

The resort itself is gorgeous, best pool area I've ever been to. The beach was great, calm clear water, great for snorkeling and swimming with kids. The balcony has a great view. I like that the condo had 3 bathrooms, instead of the advertised 2, that was a plus. Close to many restaurants and shops, also close to the state park.

The furniture in the unit itself was clearly very cheap and it was not comfortable. The beds were terrible. If you are splurging to stay at a resort, you at least expect somewhat comfortable beds. One big issue was the parking deck. NOWHERE in the descriptions did it say this unit only had one assigned parking space, I know because when I registered for our parking and wristbands I learned that and when I messaged the owner to ask if we could pay extra for my husband to also have a spot, as he was joining a day later and would have his own vehicle. I got back a message that there was only one assigned spot for this unit and he would have to park over a mile away at a public lot, and that it was in the description. I will post screenshots I took that show that the description did not say that. I did eventually see on the very last photo, where it says there's an $85 resort fee that it comes with 1 parking space, but people looking for info on parking are going to be looking at the actual parking info listed. Also, the resort fee is $97, so they need to update that. The parking deck itself is a nightmare, so be prepared and go through slowly. I did NOT like that after my stay the owner sent a message asking for a "5 star review" and that I send any issues we had with the stay to him privately instead, so as not to hurt his "small business." These reviews are meant for other potential clients to see how other people's experiences were, good and bad. It is disingenuous to ask for a 100% positive review and any negatives to simply be discussed in private.
