Edgewater Golf Villa 707 is a spacious two-story condo located within the highly desirable Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort in Panama City Beach. Designed for comfort and convenience, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa sleeps up to 8 guests and offers access to both a private beach and an impressive lineup of resort amenities.

The Edgewater Resort was well maintained. The room was clean, however the balcony off master bedroom was too clean. The secondary bathroom needs remodeling, wobble toilet , dated bathtub.A new refrigerator is needed. The kitchen itself was very nice. Our master bedroom was very nice with a very comfortable king size bed and a nice walk-in shower.. they also provided beach chairs along with umbrella, which came in very useful. The property-management was very nice and helpful with any of our questions! .

The condo was extremely clean! It was home away from home! I have never stayed somewhere that I would walk barefoot and actually sit on the couch. This place I could do both! Felt like home! Perfect location as well. Short distance to the main action at the lagoon pool, but far enough away that it wasn’t busy and you don’t have to fight for parking. Property management was extremely responsive via text and in the vrbo app. Can’t recommend this unit enough!

Everything about this villa was just perfect from the location, to the spacious bedroom the large kitchen . this villa was perfect for a family trip of 8. I would definitely stay again
