Trilocale Patio Centro Santa Teresa

The location is great, very close to the beach and the piazza (with the advantage of not hearing the piazza s parties during the summer). The place is like a grandma s house, cozy, with ancient (but well kept furniture). The staff is great, friendly and accommodating. There s a nice outdoor area to dry your beach clothes and also a table where we had breakfast and dinner. We were a family of five and it was great that the house was so spacious and in three floors that we all had our moments of privacy.

We liked everything, but as I know this is a new rental property my advice for next year (we re def coming back) is that the kitchen needs a cutting board for bread and meat (I had to go outside and cut on a plate everytime because I was afraid to damage the wood piano in the kitchen). On the lowest level of the house where the sofa bed is it would be worth to add extra lights in the bathroom because the shower was quite dark in the evening, for an older people it can get dangerous. Last thing also on the floor, I guess a dehumidifier would be of great use there too to avoid smells (it was nothing bothering, but just to make the trip perfect). Overall some extra lamps in the living room as well in case one needs more lights. As I said these are just observations, but it didn’t spoil our stay at all.

Posizione della casa eccellente, al centro di un paese bellissimo e ben organizzato. Tanti servizi, pulizia e controllo. La vacanza è stata oltre le aspettative.

Ci è dispiaciuto non sapere per tempo di non poter utilizzare il barbecue presente nella casa per via di una ordinanza comunale. Ci è stato comunicato all'arrivo in casa
