The A/C was very dusty and didn’t work. The bathroom had no hooks for towels or clothes.

This hotel is in the heart of Rome, and within walking distance to almost everything. Staff were phenomenal, especially the housekeeper, who was so eager to help. The room size is great, and my room and bathroom were very clean. The AC worked well, which was needed for the 90 degree days while I was there. The building itself is very pretty. Shower was very spacious, which isn't always found in Europe.

As stated, this hotel is in the heart of Rome, which is convenient, but can have it's drawbacks as well. My room was VERY noisy. I heard every siren, loud talking, vehicle traffic, etc. Even on the 4th floor level, at times the noise was overbearing. I could hear talking from other rooms around me as well. There is no soundproofing in this hotel. If you want to stay for the location, I would ask for an inside room if possible. It was hard to sleep at times. Also, my room was very bright, even at night. The curtains weren't long enough for the window, so the sun and streetlights would shine through. Be mindful that check in is at a different hotel, which is about 3 city blocks away. There is not staff manning this hotel, and the breakfast is at the check in location.
