Freshly renewed house in walking distance from Terra Nostra botanical park and thermal springs. Also Furnas calderas you can reach by walking ~5 minutes. House is huge: 4 bedrooms equipped with the cardboard, armchair and a toilet, in addition there are dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, on the upper floor there is a huge lounge with several sitting zones, private parking outside. Garden is beautiful and perfectly groomed. House is ideal for several couples or big family.

There is only one bathroom with a shower on the upper floor, the second shower is located outside the main house, in the laundry room, that is not very convenient.
