The location,and the amount of space.
It was advertised as a home,it was not.It was a basement apartment.It was also very noisy ,the upstairs rental you could hear taking,walking, the shower.every step they took you could hear.And they stayed up till 2 or 3 in the morning.It is hard to sleep there.Constant sounds,the floor creaked badly from upstairs.This place should not be called a entire home rental.That is false.We had no idea until we got there.You see stairs in the pictures,but it is still not made clear it is a basement apartment. Nowhere does it ever say that.
