Good location, quiet street near coastal sites. Good security, good parking.
Cleanliness initially was poor. However, a proper clean at the halway point of an 18 day rental was better. Still unclean and badly stained items and pots etc in kitchen. No steamer for vegetables, no vegetable peeler. No power points in the bathroom. No dryer in the laundry. Wardrobes in master bedroom largely unusable because hanging space too narrow.

Pleasant older house generall nicely renovated. Great location near Little Blow Hole, Kendalls Beach and Kiama Coastal Walk. Quiet street. Functional kitchen. Portable heaters were adequate. Found window shutters and blacked out windows in lounge and main bedrrom to be very good.
Poorly cleaned. Floors were wet on entry. Black hair everywhere and bathroom was filthy. Kitchen: utensils, plates and cutlery unclean. Some pots and pans filthy and stained. We cleaned what we regularly used and left the rest. No vegetable pealer, no potato masher and no vegetable steamer. No FOGO pot in kitchen for green bin waste.
No power points (at all!) in the bathroom. Main bedroom closets unsuable because of poor design (can't move doors with clothes on hangers).
