We enjoyed our stay here. The property is very close to the beach but there is a construction going on right next to the house which blocks the ocean view and is very noisy. The listing says 2washrooms, but the second toilet doesn't have access from inside the house and is located in a laundry room. It could be a challenge for families with young children or elderly people. The kitchen is well equipped.
