We were generally very satisfied with our stay. The apartment itself was nice and the communication with the host/concierge service was very good. When we had an issue with the hot water, I contacted them and it was fixed immediately, which I really appreciated.

However, there was one thing that was quite disappointing. The apartment is advertised in a way that strongly suggests that it comes with a terrace or balcony. A significant number of the pictures shown in the listing feature a terrace, and balcony/terrace is also mentioned in the facilities. Because of this, we naturally expected to have access to one. When we arrived, we noticed the stairs leading up from the apartment and assumed they led to the advertised terrace. We were then told that the terrace actually belongs to the apartment upstairs. This was quite misleading and honestly left us feeling disappointed, as the terrace seemed to be an important part of how the apartment was presented online. The stairs were also a little uncomfortable from a privacy and security perspective, since they lead directly up to another apartment and there was a door at the top. Even though there was no actual problem during our stay, it felt slightly unsettling knowing that someone from the apartment above could potentially come down the stairs and be directly inside our apartment.

The location was perfect. It was close to all the best food spots and bars. The terrace was a great size and had chairs, loungers and a table which was perfect for eating and relaxing out in the sun.

There was an issue with hosts who, despite us paying for late check in, did not turn up until we called them. They also sent three strangers into our accommodation when I was not wearing anything to check something on the terrace - this made the property feel unsafe as the strangers didn’t explain why they had come in and forced their way past my partner who was trying to stop them so I could get changed.

Location eccezionale in pieno centro storico ambiente buono e pulito. Nonostante in pieno centro storico la casa e' estremamente tranquilla. Ottima l'accoglienza.
