Ample parking,good location,budget friendly,clean room with basic amenities.

Need to climb stairs (not suitable for OKU/elderly),no soundproofing,unpleasant smell outside the room,should improve toilet cleanliness (floor slippery,stain in the toilet bowl),low water pressure,most workers are foreigners who can't speak Malay and not available at the front desk all the time,I checked out 8am+ and nobody around/no one pick up the phone,left the key at the counter and came back later in the afternoon to collect deposit.

Staffs are polite, affordable price, room was clean, location is good also.

Nothing I didn't like.
