Affordable Condo in sm San Lazaro Manila

1. The Avida Condo Tower is so close to the mall which is great, and accessible to any public transportation. 2. Security is tight which is a plus. They'll ask you every time you get in and out of the building which unit you're staying in.

Guests in the future be aware: 1. Defective Air-conditioning unit. They provided Portable A/C but water leaks. 2. Wet Bathroom due to uneven floor! Plastic rag is sliding - no more suctions on tiles! 3. No shower curtain thus, water goes to the uneven flooring! 4. No Hooks for towels or clothes in the Bathroom. 5. The host doesn't provide or refill toiletries. No Toilet Papers, shampoo, conditioner etc. 6. The host didn't mention that Swimming Pool access is not Free and you have to pay P150 per guest and limited for only 1.5 hours. The staff in the pool are so rude. 7. Cockroaches are crawling all over the unit which is so gross! 8. The bed mattress is very thin - you can feel the bed frame when lying down! Very uncomfortable sleep! 9. The host keeps on reminding me that I need to turn off the AC every time I leave the unit but always fail to answer my message or call concerns. I've stayed for 10 nights but the unit hasn't been clean even just 1 time. The guest is responsible for cleaning the unit that's what the host said. 10. The host is not accommodating and not friendly to guests. I will NOT RECOMMEND this condo unit.
